Brittney Madonna
Owner
Founder of Tiny Tides Childcare. As a Nursing Director and proud mother of four, I understand how hard it can be to find childcare that is both safe and truly nurturing. When my own children were young, I struggled to find high-quality care that offered the love and support they deserved.

That experience inspired me to create Tiny Tides - a place where families can feel confident and children can thrive. With my healthcare background, I bring a strong focus on safety and wellness, while my experience as a mom drives my passion for creating a loving, supportive, and engaging environment.

It is my joy to bring together a team of caring teachers and staff who share this vision. Thank you for trusting us with your most precious little ones - I look forward to welcoming you into the Tiny Tides family.

Allison Moore
Program Director
My name is Allison, and I’m thrilled to join Tiny Tides as the Program Director. I grew up on the South Shore and have called Bridgewater home since 2014. Caring for children has always been a natural part of who I am, ever since kindergarten, when I proudly announced I wanted to be a teacher, that dream never wavered.
I’ve always babysat and nannied but began working professionally in the early childhood field in 2014 at a private center in West Bridgewater. There, I was fortunate to learn from incredible mentors who supported my early growth and helped shape the educator I am today. Within just nine months, I became an MDEEC-qualified teacher, which further fueled my passion for high-quality early learning.
In 2022, I continued my education at Bridgewater State University, graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in education and a minor in special needs education. Most recently, in 2024, I worked as a Childcare Director at a nonprofit organization, where I helped facilitate the relicensing process following a $1.3 million renovation, an experience that strengthened my leadership skills and deepened my appreciation for program development.
While I loved the challenge and impact of nonprofit work, I found myself missing the close-knit, relationship-driven environment of a smaller town private center. I am so excited to bring my experience, dedication, and love for early childhood education to Tiny Tides and to build meaningful connections with our children, families, and staff.
I look forward to creating a warm, supportive, and enriching program together.

Miss Sarah
Preschool Teacher
My name is Sarah, and I am so excited to be joining the Tiny Tides family as the Lead Preschool Teacher! I am a lifelong resident of Middleboro, and I am thrilled to be returning to work in the community I call home.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and am EEC Lead Teacher certified. I have always known I wanted to work with children, and while I originally planned to become an elementary educator, I began working in a childcare setting in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the preschool age group.
Teaching is truly my passion! I strongly believe in creating a classroom that is welcoming, safe, and nurturing, where learning experiences are flexible, engaging, and developmentally appropriate for every child. I look forward to creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting each child’s growth and curiosity!

Miss Nora
Toddler Teacher
My journey in childcare began nearly a decade ago, starting as an assistant in a small center in 2016. In 2018, I gained my infant/toddler teacher certificate, and soon after the COVID lockdown I also became preschool teacher certified. These ten years have taught me that every stage of early childhood is a unique adventure. My mission is to ensure a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where every child feels seen, valued, loved, and supported. There is nothing more rewarding to me than watching a child master a new skill, no matter how small, brings me an immense sense of pride and joy.
While I love all aspects of our daily curriculum, my true passion lies in social-emotional development. I believe that helping children understand their feelings, build empathy, and learn how to navigate friendships is the foundation for both personal and future success. My goal is to partner with you to ensure your child feels confident and excited to come to school each day. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your child’s early years and can’t wait to see all the wonderful things we will accomplish together!

Miss Maria
Preschool Teacher
My name is Miss Maria, or as the children love to call me, “Ria.” I have been a childcare educator since 2022, and my mission has always been to be someone children feel safe with, heard by, and cared for each day. As a preschool teacher certified in infant, toddler, and preschool care, I understand how important it is for children to feel secure, supported, and loved during their earliest years.
What inspires me most about being a teacher are the little moments that mean everything — comforting a child who needs reassurance, celebrating new milestones, and watching children grow into themselves. I love supporting children as they build confidence, learn new skills, and feel proud of who they are.
Working with young children is truly meaningful to me. Building strong relationships with children and families and knowing I can make a positive difference during such an important stage of their lives motivates me every day to show up as my best self for my little kiddos.

Miss Kylie
Infant Teacher
My name is Kylie, and I’m a childcare professional who truly loves working with little ones and being part of their everyday discoveries and milestones. I’ve been in the childcare field since 2020, and I enjoy creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel comfortable exploring, learning, and being themselves. From celebrating firsts to encouraging confidence and curiosity, I love helping children grow at their own pace.
I’m also currently in school pursuing a path in the medical field, with a strong interest in pediatrics. While I’m continuing my education, I’m excited to stay hands-on with children and bring patience, warmth, and positive energy into the classroom each day. Supporting children and families in a caring, playful, and encouraging setting is what I enjoy most.

Miss Kailyn
Preschool Teacher
My name is Kailyn, and I am so excited to join the Tiny Tides family! With a teacher certification in infants and toddlers, a lead certificate in preschool and pre-K, and both of my director certifications, I truly understand the importance of providing high-quality care and education for children.
I began my career working in a toddler/preschool classroom for two years, where I discovered my love for early childhood education. I later had the opportunity to nanny for an amazing family twice a week while continuing to work in a center three days a week. During this time, I transitioned into a preschool/pre-K float position, where I spent a year and a half working across these classrooms and developing a strong passion for the preschool years.
I believe this stage is such an important time in children’s lives, as they become more independent and their imaginations truly begin to blossom. It is so important for us as educators to encourage children to come out of their shells, explore, and have fun while learning. Children should love school, and I cannot wait to help make Tiny Tides a warm, fun, and welcoming environment for all my kiddos!

Miss Erin
Assistant Teacher
Hello fellow family’s my name is Erin! Being a mom filled my world with a love I never knew existed. It opened my eyes to the incredible joy and responsibility of nurturing a young life.
