What You’ll Do

As a Teacher at Tiny Tides, you’ll:

  • Create a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom environment for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers (placement based on experience)

  • Build trusted relationships with children, families, and fellow staff

  • Lead curriculum planning and implementation based on developmentally appropriate practices

  • Support and mentor assistant teachers in your classroom

  • Collaborate with families to share progress, celebrate milestones, and support each child’s growth

  • Help maintain a peaceful, clean, and well-organized classroom

  • Model positivity, patience, and professionalism at all times

  • Lead Teacher certification preferred (or willingness to pursue)

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an early learning setting

  • CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain upon hire)

  • Clear background check and references
