Lead Teacher – Tiny Tides Childcare (Middleboro, MA)
Tiny Tides Childcare is seeking passionate and caring Teachers to join our growing team! Our center is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn and thrive through play-based learning, family partnerships, and community connection.
What You’ll Do
Create a warm, welcoming classroom where children feel safe and supported
Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to maintain EEC compliance and quality standards
Communicate openly with families to support each child’s growth and development
