What You’ll Do
As a Lead Teacher at Tiny Tides, you’ll:
Create a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom environment for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers (placement based on experience)
Build trusted relationships with children, families, and fellow staff
Lead curriculum planning and implementation based on developmentally appropriate practices
Support and mentor assistant teachers in your classroom
Collaborate with families to share progress, celebrate milestones, and support each child’s growth
Help maintain a peaceful, clean, and well-organized classroom
Model positivity, patience, and professionalism at all times

Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Lead Teacher certification preferred (or willingness to pursue)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an early learning setting
CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Clear background check and references
