What You’ll Do
As a Teacher Assistant at Tiny Tides, you’ll:
Support the lead teacher in daily routines, activities, and classroom care
Help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers
Assist with play-based learning experiences and group activities
Build loving, trusting relationships with children and families
Encourage curiosity, independence, and joy in every child’s day
Contribute to keeping the classroom clean, organized, and calm
Bring your whole heart into the classroom, every single day

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (ECE coursework is a plus!)
Experience with children in a childcare or related setting preferred
CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Background check clearance
